Premium Components

All key components in Sunward excavators are carefully selected, from Cummins engine to hydraulics. Hydraulics are often regarded as the heart of the machine. That’s why Sunward sources exclusively from the highest references in the market. For the SWE 155F, we selected Japanese premium brands KPM for the hydraulic pump and swing motor and KYB to be our main supplier for the Main Control Valve (MCV)

Also, special attention has been put into the key parts of the SWE 155F, such as the boom and the arm, which are designed with an increased sheet material thickness. All supporting elements are made of high‑strength, high‑ductility, and structural steel die‑forged pieces.

Thanks to the inline 4-cylinder Cummins QSF3.8 engine, the SWE 155F uses less fuel, with total fluid efficiency (includes both fuel and Diesel Exhaust Fluid) improved by up to 3 percent, with no compromise on performance (this engine has an even better performance compared to it previous version, delivering 10 percent more power and almost 20 percent more torque across the entire RPM range).
